Getting to know our neighbourhood, the coastal area of Palaio Faliro. We caught buses and trams, went for lunch in Neo Smyrni square (5 people asked us for money while we ate: 2 beggars, one guitarist, two small boys and one watch seller). We went down to the coast, dipped our toes in the sparkling blue Aegean Sea, and then made our way to Flisvos Marina to look at the WW1 battleships and the replica Phoenician trireme. Next to the Planetarium for stunning 40 minute show about the sun. Awesome!!!
